This bake takes less than half an hour and will taste like you’ve worked on it for hours!
- Roll the pastry out and cut into 4 circles, 8-10 dock, by pinching the edges.
- Cut the potatoes into 3mm thick slices and arrange evenly over the pastry.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the potatoes.
- Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with a light salad for a perfect alfresco meal.
