LAMB CUTLETS WITH BABY ROOSTER POTATOES & MINT BUTTER

Method

This combination of lamb, baby potatoes and mint creates a dining experience that is a delight to all the senses. A surprisingly simple recipe, this dish is perfect for easy entertaining and sets the stage for a memorable meal with friends and family.

Directions

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Mix butter, chopped mint, salt and pepper.
  3. Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until tender.
  4. Brush the cutlets with the olive oil, season with salt and pepper, place under the hot grill and cook to your liking.
  5. Toss the potatoes in the mint butter and serve.
