SWEET AND SPICY APACHE POTATO TART

Method

This bake takes less than half an hour and will taste like you’ve worked on it for hours!
Instructions:

  1. Roll the pastry out and cut into 4 circles, 8-10 dock, by pinching the edges.
  2. Cut the potatoes into 3mm thick slices and arrange evenly over the pastry.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the potatoes.
  4. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with a light salad for a perfect alfresco meal.
