MUSTARD & HERB POTATO SALAD

Method

Side salads don’t have to be bland. With freshly chopped chives, parsley, dill and our mustard vinaigrette this potato salad makes for a quick, easy and flavor-packed addition to the dinner table.

Instructions

  1. Put potatoes into a saucepan and cover with water. Season with salt and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the mustard and vinegar together and slowly pour in the oil. Add chopped herbs and whisk together.
  3. Add potatoes to bowl and toss together with herbs and dressing.
  4. Place potatoes into a serving dish and sprinkle with green onions.
